PART I

Privacy policy

The information below describes the categories we may handle, why they are used, and the controls available to you.

01

Information we handle

We may receive account details you provide, product activity, device and browser information, support messages, and interview context you choose to submit—such as a resume or job description. We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information that is not needed to use the service.

02

How information is used

We use information to operate and secure SAL9000, personalize interview guidance, provide support, understand product performance, communicate service updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

03

AI-assisted processing

SAL9000 uses automated systems to generate suggestions from the context you provide. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed with your own judgment. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use.

04

Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payment, and support providers acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.

05

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

06

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also manage optional browser storage in Cookie Settings.

PART II

Terms of service

By accessing SAL9000, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

01

Using SAL9000

You must be legally able to form a contract and use the service in compliance with applicable laws, interview rules, employer policies, and platform terms. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it.

02

Acceptable use

Do not misuse SAL9000, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass limits, infringe another person’s rights, submit unlawful content, or use guidance to misrepresent qualifications or violate an interview’s stated rules.

03

Content and ownership

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant SAL9000 the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service. SAL9000 and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain protected by intellectual-property laws.

04

Availability and changes

Features may evolve, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.

05

Important disclaimers

SAL9000 provides interview support, not employment, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee interview performance, job offers, or the accuracy of generated output. Use the service and its suggestions with independent judgment.

06

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, SAL9000 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
